臭椿根皮中脂肪酸及其酯的分析

摘    要:采用乙醇提取法对甘肃天水产的臭椿根皮进行提取,用石油醚、CHCl3、EtOAc、n-BuOH分别将得到的浸膏在40~50℃NaCl水溶液中进行分配萃取。取石油醚萃取物进行低温减压蒸馏,乙醚萃取,蒸去乙醚后甲酯化,进行了GC-MS分析,得到了8种化合物,为脂肪酸与酯,其中亚油酸含量最大(23.76%)。

Abstract:The residue that is extracted by ethanol from root bark of the Ailanthus Altissima SWINGLE, was solved into salt water, and then was extracted by petrol ester, CHCI3, EtOAc, n-BuOH respectively, eight compounds, those fitter acids and its ester were identified by GC-MS from petrol ester extracted residue which was depressed at low temperature and then used ethanol ester to extract to give constituents.
