| 摘 要： | 服务业国际化在供给资金、技术扩散、创造就业及推动贸易等方面都发挥了重要的作用。本文分析了服务业国际化扩张的动因,提出了服务业国际化的特点与功能,认为服务业国际化成为全球产业与市场整合的黏合剂。

| Abstract: | Multinationals have witnessed a fast growth since the 1980s, and have become a main form of international trade and trans - boundary investment activities. As a result, multinationals are playing an increasingly important role in capital investment, technology diffusion, job creation, and trade promotion. Author analyses, in this paper, the motivations behind the accelerated internationalization of service industry and lines up its global management characteristics. |
