| Abstract: | Are there the conditions of adding experi-mental operation check in Zhejian g province or not ?How is it put in practice ?Are there any questions in doing it ?Are there any measures in doing it ?By way of investigation this article is able to command circs and sum up e xperience and find a countermeasure of solv-ing its questions so as to impel th is work going on wheels. |
