中国正在快速进入老龄化社会。人口老龄化使女性高等教育备受关注。女性高等教育将使女性与社会共同受惠,中国女性高等教育在取得长足发展的同时还存在一定问题。为此,应该保障教育政策公平,提高女性受高等教育水平;发挥知识女性的社会价值,促进中国老龄化社会和谐。

Developing Female High Education Promoting Social Harmony in an Aging Society

The fact that China is now quickly stepping into an aging society makes the issue of female high education more pressing.The improvement and development of female high education will benefit both the female and the society.Although great progress has been made in developing female high education in China,yet many problems remain to be solved.Therefore,to guarantee the fairness of the implementation of educational policy,we should spare no effort to enhance the level of female high education.Meanwhile,the social value of women intellectuals is also expected to be brought into full play,thus to promote the social harmony in an aging society.
