试析大棒金元政策与门罗主义的不同

学术界对于美国外交的研究,传统一般都强调门罗主义是美国外交政策的基石,强调大棒金元政策对门罗主义的继承,而对于其中的一些不同之处所言甚少。对于门罗主义的性质,一向有反封建反干涉主义和扩张主义性质的两种观点争论。而19世纪末20世纪初出台的"大棒政策"和"金元外交",无论从其产生的历史背景还是运行后果看,都具有典型的帝国主义的侵略扩张性,所以它们与门罗主义又有很大的不同,是对门罗主义的发展,导致其更具侵略扩张性的因素是方方面面的,这致使二者有了很大的差异。

Tries to Analyze the Differences between the Big stick-Dollar Diplomacy and the Monroe Doctrine

In the study of the American diplomacy,traditionally we all generally emphasize that the Monroe doctrine is the US diplomacy's cornerstone,that the Big Stick-Dollar Diplomacy is the inheritance of the Monroe Doctrine,but there are really few regards of the difference between the two.Regarding to the Monroe doctrine's nature,always there are two arguments: antifeudalism and anti-interventionism or Imperialism.I agree that the Monroe Doctrine has these two natures at the same time.When the two policies appears at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of 20th century,no matter from the historical backgrounds or their consequences,they are the imperial aggressions and expansions,and this is the same to the Monroe Doctrine,but the causes of this is different from the Monroe Doctrine,this is the changes,that's why the two policies have so many differences.
