福建核电发展的战略思考

在现有电力能源的供应体系中,火电、水电等常规能源已不能支撑未来福建经济发展对电力的持续需求,风电、海洋能发电等可再生新能源受技术经济的影响距离大规模开发阶段尚需较长的时间,核电是现有技术经济条件下最具现实可行性的过渡替代能源,可以把核电提高至战略的高度,以实现现有常规能源与新能源的有效衔接。

Strategy on Nuclear Power in Fujian

In the supply system of the existing electric power energy,the conventional energy such as the thermal power and the water power has been found insufficient for the growing demand of Fujian economy,and the renewable energy,like wind power and ocean power,has yet to wait,for sake of technology and economy,a remarkable long period of time before it is developed on a large scale.The most feasible substitute so far,as is allowed by the established technology and economy,is nuclear power.Hence,the effective transit from conventional power to new ones demands that nuclear power be bestowed strategic signigicance.
