中小学办学效益评估研究

摘    要:现行学校评估体系存在以下问题:评估内容中没有列入办学效益,过分强化功利化和实用主义的价值取向,忽视了学校的个性化发展。办学效益评估有利于素质教育的实施,有利于提高教育的竞争力,有重要的理论意义和实践价值。办学效益是教育成果和教育成本的比值。办学效益评估包括评估办学效益目标和发展规划、修订规划、实践规划、评估办学效益成果四个阶段。

Abstract:The current system of school assessment has such problems as the failure in including school-running efficiency as the content of assessment and the over-emphasis of the value orientation of utilitarianism and pragmatism at the cost of ignoring the individualized development of schools.The assessment of school-running efficiency is beneficial for the implementation of competence education and the improvement of educational competitiveness, which is of important theoretical significance and practical value. Educational efficiency refers to the ratio between educational achievements and educational investment. The assessment of school-running efficiency involves such aspects as attainment of school-running objectives, formation of school development plan, revision of school development plan, implementation of plan and school-running achievements.
