| 摘 要： | 中国-东盟自由贸易区是中国与其他国家商谈的第一个自由贸易区。同时建立中国-东盟自由贸易区也是大势所趋，是中国在参与区域经济合作进程中迈出的关键性一步，它将改变中国迄今为止没有参加任何层面区域经济合作组织的历史，也将是发展中国家之间合作的一个成功范例．本文分析了建立中国-东盟自由贸易区的理论依据和必要性，探讨了其面临的困难。

| Abstract: | Sino-ASEAN Free Trade Area is the first free trade area under the negotiation between China ando other cuntries.Meanuhile,to set up Simo-ASEAN Free Trade Area is the general trend and it is an important step for China to participate in the regional economic Co-operation,which will alter the history that China hasn't taden part in any rgeional economic cooperative organization and will set a successful example for the cooperation between developing countries.This articile analyies the theoretic basis the necessity of setting up Simo-ASEAN Free Trade Area and explores the difficulties and obstacles confronted. |
