Countermeasures against Financing Difficulties for Innovational Small and Medium - Sized Enterprises (SMEs)

Since 1990's the growth of Small and Medium -Sized Enterprises (SMEs) have come to show strategic position in every country's economic development. However, SMEs are suffering from financing difficulties owing to many reasons such as the ideas on financing and conditions or levels for business operating, etc. From the analysis of financing channels, SMES have their own characteristics, in order to boost the healthy and sustainable development of innovation-oriented SMES, we should do as follows: to establish and perfect direct financing system; to advance gradually the construction of risk investment and capital market; to form a harmonous mechanism between direct and indirect financing modes.
