| 摘 要： | 在新经济时代,大学和城市与区域发展的关系日趋紧密.本文在分析创造性城市理论和实践的基础上,根据城市发展的新思维,将城市的创造能力,视为城市和区域经济的重要发展动力和竞争力,以此来证明,大学对于城市与区域发展的战略作用在于积聚和培养创造性人才.

| Abstract: | In new economy, the universities play greater role in urban and regional development. Based on the analysis of creative city theory and practice, the author proposes a new way of thinking upon city development, and puts creativity to the center of city and regional economic development. The concluding statement is that the strategic role of university upon city and regional development is absorbing and cultivating creative class. |
