| 摘 要： | 加强成人高等教育网络学习资源的建设和利用，可以有效提高成人高等教育教学质量，也是现代化教育的必然选择。文章结合笔者所在专科院校成教网络学习资源建设中的实际情况，就资源整合、校企合作共建、开发模式、资源管理监控等问题做了重要探讨。
