浅谈道德建设在法治化进程中的地位与作用

本文探讨了“以德治国”、加强思想道德建设在“依法治国、建设社会主义法治”过程中的地位与作用。笔者认为：一方面，二者“相辅相成、相互促进”、“二者缺一不可，也不可偏废”；另一方面，二者在功能与后性方面各不相同，在治理国家、调控社会秩序中主辅作用不同。

On the Position and Functions of Moral Construction in the Practice of Governing the Country by Law

In this paper we discuss the position and functions of goveming the country by virtue and the enforcement of moral construction in the process of achieving goveming the country by law and constructing the socialistic country gov-emed by law.The author points out:that on the one hand moral and law are the complements to each other,promote each other and neither of them can be ignored; on the other hand they are different in functions and properties, so they play dif-ferent roles in goveming the country and in adjusting orders of the society.
