| 摘 要： | 法官素质是影响司法公正的重要因素，为实现社会主义的司法公正，法官必须具备与其职业相适应的思想政治素质，还必须具备相适应的专业性的知识，能力和素养，同时法官的职业品格，工作作风，人格魅力也会对司法公正产生影响，所以，提高法官素质促进司法公正是我国法制建设的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The quality of a judge is an important factor of affecting judicial justice. In order to realize socilist judicial justice, a judge must not only have the quality of political thinking relating to their career, but also possess professional knowledge, ability and quality. Moreover, a judge's moral character, style of work, charm of personality may also affect judicial justice. So it is very important to enhance judicial justice and develope the law system in our country by promoting the quality of the judge. |
