浅谈素质教育与品性教育

摘    要:根据英国教育理论家罗素的品性教育观及我国的教育现状来看,品性比知识更重要,品性教育关系着人生幸福与社会和谐。我国的教育改革应借鉴罗素的教育思想,以人为本,运用科学方法从小培养孩子的良好习惯、消除恐惧心理、发展建设本能以及培养爱心与同情心,从而达到用所学知识为人类服务的教育目的。

Abstract:According to Bertrand Russell's Idea of Character Education,character education is regarded more important than knowledge acquisition as it is vital to a person's happy life and social harmony.Therefore,this paper appeals to learn something from Bertrand Russell's Idea of Character Education that children are supposed to be trained in a scientific way to explain away their fears and to train children to good habits,constructiveness and sympathy and affection.Only in this way,it would be possible for them to serve people with knowledge and love when becoming adults in the future.
