| 摘 要： | 良好的团队文化能为科研团队注入高度凝聚力,使团队成员为团队的共同目标而不懈努力。因此,科研团队文化建设对省属重点高校科研团队的建立和发展具有十分重要的意义。要搞好科研团队文化的建设,必须要研究科研团队文化的特征、科研团队文化的建设现状,才能把握科研团队文化建设的主要途径。
