摘    要:竹材是一种年产量很高的生物质材料,就绿竹而言每公顷有12 000 kg的生物质产量,其纤维含量较高,纤维性能较好,非常适合进行纤维素乙醇的转化生产。以绿竹为生物质原料,进行了热水处理、氨爆处理以及蒸爆处理,然后添加纤维素酶和淀粉酶进行酶解,并利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定了生物质中的单糖含量。研究结果表明,热水处理在保温时间10 min时,生物质葡萄糖转化率为28.45%,木糖转化率达到最高为45.55%,较未进行预处理分别提高了111.07%和224.23%。结果表明热水处理对绿竹是一种有效的预处理方式,其他两种预处理差别不大。研究成果对于生物质转化和利用具有十分有意义的。

Abstract:Bamboo is a kind of annual output of high biomass material,and b am busa oldham i is the 12000kg bamboo yield per hectare,and very suitable for the production of cellulosic ethanol.We take b am busa oldham i as a kind of biomass,and it will simplify processes and reduce production costs.It was pretreated by hot water,liquid ammonia and steam explosion,Then we added cellulase and amylase for hydrolysis.Analyze the samples from hydrolysis solution and filtrate by HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography) using a Biorad Aminex HPX-87H column for glucose,xylose,and arabinose.The results showed that the glucan/xylan conversion was greatest under the hot water conditions of resident time 10min.They were 28.45% and 45.55% respectively,compared with un-treatment biomass were increased by 111.07% and 224.23%.The research results are meaningful in bioconversion and utilization of renewable lignocellulosic biomass.
