| 摘 要： | 互联网进入一个新阶段，电子商务成为不可逆转的时代潮流。中小企业占我国企业总数的绝大多数，其电子商务应用的成败意义重大。本结合我国国情及中小企业实际，分析当前中小企业电子商务中存在的主要问题，并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Internet has stepped into a new stage. Consequently the production of it - Electronic Business becomes an unreversible trend of era. The fluent operation of EB in small and medium sige enterprises, which accounts for the majority of the total in our country, is of tremendous significance. Starting from the current state in China and incorporating the actual situation in enterprises, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in EB of them and offers some feasible suggestions. |
