| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses parameters' maximum likelihood estimation of the two 0-1 populations which are partially missing data.At the same time,it proved the strong consistency and asymptotie normality of the esitimation,and present limit distribution of likelihood ratio test statistic under the field of large sample. |
