| 摘 要： | 伊朗核计划引起了世界的广泛关注，美国尤其不安。伊朗的核计划正是由于双方在追求国家利益时发生了冲突。冲突的解决只有两种方式，和平谈判或者诉诸武力。要想和平解决必须要求至少有一方做出让步，而从目前来看，双方都不愿意做实质性的让步。美国目前的国内形势也使武力解决暂时还不可能。

| Abstract: | Iran's nuclear plan has aroused wide attentions of the world,especially U.S.A.The reason is that they have conflicts when they seek for nation's benefits.There are two ways to solve conflicts between nations. One is peaceful ways,the other is by force.If they hope to solve this trouble in peace,one of them must give in. Up to the present,each of them would not give in.But the conditions of U.S.A do not allow it to resort it to force. |
