中专学生"习得性无助"的心理成因及教育对策

摘    要:“习得性无助”是指人在愿望多次受挫后,表现出来的绝望和放弃的态度。“习得性无助”往往表现为厌学、学习兴趣低下,自我概念、自我效能感低下,消极的心理定势等。这一现象可以归因于外部因素和内部因素。中专学生对学习的无助感是在长期的失败中逐渐习得养成的。这种心态对中专生的学习产生了深远的影响。分析中专生“习得性无助”心理形成的原因及表现,有利于加强对中专学生的教育。

Abstract:Acquired Helplessness" means a desperate attitude one takes after experiencing repeated setbacks. Its characteristics include lack of interest in studies, low self-assessment, and negative psychological tendency. There may be external and internal causes, the analysis of which will surely be good for the education of secondary school students since the "Acquired Helplessness" has great impact on their studies.
