| 摘 要： | 本文综合运用美国哈佛商学院教授迈克尔·波特的五种竞争力的管理理论,全面分析了国内金融业目前的竞争形势和未来的发展趋势,明确提出了打造建设银行竞争优势的战略选择。在此基础上,进一步阐明建设银行实行目标积聚策略的措施。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the competition in the Chinese financial community and the development trend of the community by using the management theory on the five competitive capacities put forward by Professor Michael Porter of Harvard Commercial College. It points out the strategy for the establishment of competitive advantages for Construction Bank of China. It further illustrates the measures for the application of the strategy of target accumulation. |
