| 摘 要： | 本以中南财经政法大学为例，探讨我国高校的学科建设问题。从理论上论证了“学科立校”在高校发展中的重要战略意义，分析了学科建设中的“结构优化”“可持续发展”和“内部管理体制改革”等具有三个普遍性的问题，并提出了具体的应对策略。

| Abstract: | Using the author's university as an example, this paper discusses the development of disciplinary programs in China's universities. With an emphasis on its strategic importance, the paper offers an analysis of three issues in the development of disciplinary programs-optimization of the structure, sustainable development, and reform of internal management systems. It also puts forward some relevant strategies. |
