高校教育技术人力资本绩效培训策略研究

摘    要:教育技术是高等教育深化教学改革,提高教育质量的突破口。高校人力资本是高校建设中最宝贵的资本,实现人力资本增值最重要的途径是加强培训机制的完善。文章结合人力资本理论、教育技术理论和绩效技术理论提出了高校教育技术人力资本的概念,并尝试从绩效的角度出发分析人力资本培训问题,提出了绩效技术在提高教育技术人力资本培训中的应用模型,以期系统提高培训绩效。
