| 摘 要： | 文章分析了现行公务员录用制度与具体操作的不足之处。录用制度的设计需要遵循统一、效能、民主、法治的基本原则,并从法律制定、程序设置、机构设立、试题制定、操作实施等环节入手,进行必要的改革和完善,以真正实现公开、平等、竞争、择优的目标。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current public servants employment system and practice,then points out that the design of the system should follow the principles of being united,high efficient,democratic and legal.The paper also puts forward the measures like making law,establishment of procedure and institution,choice of papers,and practice to realize a public,fair,competitive and optimized employment. |
