| 摘 要： | 温州民营企业已进入转型升级的关键期、阵痛期和机遇期。根据温州经济发展的现状和特点,加快科技创新步伐是温州经济发展的需要。温州民营企业应树立＂人才资源是第一资源＂的观念,加快培养创新型科技领军人才,建立促进和规范科技人才流动的相关政策,完善科技人才考核评价体系,加大对科技人才的激励力度、投入力度。
