| 摘 要： | 标枪投掷中,最后用力是整个技术的关键也是在标枪教学中需要改进和提高的重点,特别在最后用力的一瞬间,从开始发力到形成“满弓”超越器械技术更是教学的难点,结合自己在教学中的体育探讨最后用力“满弓”技术的教学方法。
