摘    要:高等职业教育的发展,要求对高等职业教育科学内涵的准确把握和对高等职业教育的本质的准确定位。高职教育培养目标的性质应定位在培养实用型和技能型高层次人才上,培养规格应定位在大学专科和本科两个层次上,培养过程的要素定位应体现灵活的专业设置机制、够用的能力培训、建立“双师型”师资队伍、必备的实训基地和实行订单式培养等方面。

Abstract:The development of higher vocational education requires an accurate grasp of its connotation and an accurate location of its essence. The nature of higher vocational education target should be located on training practical and technological people; the training norms should be located on college and university students; the training process and the key training elements should be located on flexible setup of majors, practical ability training, the training of "double-quality type" teachers, necessary practice basis and "order-type" training.
