| 摘 要： | 罚金刑是一个历史悠久的刑种。随着社会经济结构的深刻变化，刑罚轻缓化已成为不可逆转的世界潮流，与此相应，罚金刑在各国刑罚体系中的地位也日见提升。在我国的刑罚体系中确立罚金刑的主刑地位不仅具有现实性而且具有必要性。
