| 摘 要： | 针对目前高职实习教学中存在的主要问题，着重论述了如何抓好实践性教学，中指出：必须建立稳定对口的实习基地，做好组织和准备工作，配备高素质的指导教师，充分调动学生学习积极性，严格考核，促进高职实习教学工作的有效健康发展。
