加入WTO后福建零售业面临的挑战与对策

福建零售业与外国同行比较，福建省在管理经验、管理模式、运营机制、商品价格、企业规模、资金实力等方面存在着明显差距，一旦加入ＷＴ Ｏ以后,福建零售业将面临四个方面的挑战：将造成福建零售业市场占有份额不断缩小，零售业绝对利润下降;省内零售业发展的制高点将被抢占；省内零售业将面临人才流失的压力。针对这些挑战提出五个相应的对策：加快省内零售业的资产重组，加强零售企业的内部改革；努力拓展农村市场；提高零售业管理的科技含量；抓紧高素质零售业人才队伍的培养。

Challenges to Fujian Retailing Industry and Countermeasures after China' s Entrance into WTO

Compared with its overseas counterparts, Fujian retailing industry is obviously left behind in terms of managing experience, administration formal, operation system, product prices, company scale and funding capital. Once included into the WTO, Fujian retailing industry will be confronted with more challenges from competition: shrinking market share, decreasing profitability, loss of initiatives in expansion and pressure from loss of retailing talents. The article listed 5 pieces of suggestions to battle the challenges: relocating the capitals of Fujian retailing industry, carrying out reforms within the retailing enterprises, developing the rural market, introducing scientific managing techniques, and organizing a highly-trained, efficient team of retailing talents.
