| 摘 要： | 虽然闽南农村经济和社会发展总体上取得了显著的成效,新农村建设蓬勃兴起,但在社会事业发展与文化建设方面还存在一些问题。本文基于对闽南部分村镇的调研,分析了存在问题,寻求农村社会事业发展和文化建设的有效措施,以期进一步推进新农村建设。

| Abstract: | It has made remarkable effect of promoting the development of society and economy in Minnan's rural areas in general.Though we have made some achievements that the new countryside construction is to spring up,we should also bear in mind that some problems still exist in the development of social undertaking and cultural construction.On the basis of the analysis of the research results of some villages in Minnan,the result of this study explores the existing principal problems and put forwards effective measures for the development of social undertaking and cultural construction,in order to promote the new country construction. |
