跨文化交际教学的多元复杂性

摘    要:全球化的发展使得社会对于跨文化交际人才的需求越来越高.目前的跨文化交际教学会面对一些问题.“文化”和“交际”这两种概念都具有多元复杂性,一方面使得我们难以建设具有相对稳定性和普遍代表性的课程体系,另一方面由于涵盖的内容过于宽泛,容易造成教学目标不清、重点模糊的情形.要解决这些问题,首先应当彻底厘清跨文化交际学科的概念、教学的目的、课程的定位,围绕跨文化交际能力的最终目标,建立起更加实用化的教学系统.

Abstract:The acceleration of globalization enhanced the requirement for the ability to inter - cultural communica- tion. But the current inter - cultural communication training is facing some problems. The concept of “culture” and “communication” both have diverse complexities, which on the one hand make it difficult for us to construct a sta- ble and universal educational discipline, and on the other hand blur the target and focus of training for the wide range of the category. In order to solve these problems, we need to utterly clarify the concept and the objective of this discipline, and thus construct a training system that fulfill the ultimate purpose of enhancing the communicating ability.
