| 摘 要： | 受灾者信息需求是受灾人群在突发事件过程中对信息的不满足状态。本文从信息需求背景、基本需求产生和信息需求产生三方面分析受灾者信息需求产生过程,根据马斯洛需求层次理论分析受灾者信息需求内容,并归纳总结出受灾者信息需求的4个特点。

| Abstract: | Victims' Information Needs is the unsatisfied state of victims in emergencies.Victims are demand for information.This article analyzed the forming process of victims' information by three aspects,including context,forming process of basic needs and forming process of information needs.Then,the article analyzed the contents of victims' information needs according to Maslow's need hierarchy theory.Finally,this article summarized the characteristics of victims' information needs to 4 aspects. |
