| 摘 要： | 本文以Zahra和George知识吸收能力理论为切入点,对潜在吸收能力和现实吸收能力维度划分进行必要性分析,梳理国内外两种能力的影响因素,以我国企业为研究对象,分析不同规模的企业之间在两种能力上的差异,为扩展知识吸收能力的研究领域提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the dimensions of knowledge absorptive capacity proposed by Zahra and George,this paper analyzed the necessity of dimension,dividing into potential absorptive capacity and realized absorptive capacity,and reviewed the literature to identify the influencing factors on the two abilities.Then it used the data of Chinese enterprises to explore the difference of the two abilities,results indicated the difference between the two abilities in different size enterprise,and provided a theoretical basis for the expansion study of absorptive capacity. |
