基于网络出版的电子期刊的客观评价研究

针对基于网络出版的电子期刊的质量问题展开了多属性评价研究。考虑了基于网络出版的电子期刊所呈现的新的属性特征。提出了基于熵权的客观评价方法。该方法基于熵的概念,根据决策矩阵确定属性的权重值,进而计算出各期刊的综合评价值以得到它们的排序。最后采用一个算例说明提出的方法。

An Objective Approach to Evaluating the Quality of the Electronic Journals Published on the Internet

With respect to the quality of the electronic journals published on the Internet,this paper presents a multiple attribute evaluation research.The new characteristics of the electronic journals published on the Internet are taken into considerations.An objective evaluation approach is proposed based on Entropy weight.Based on the Entropy concept,the attribute weights are determined according the decision matrix.The overall values of the electronic journals are further calculated and the rankings of them are obtained.Finally,an example is used for illustrating the proposed approach.
