腰椎间盘突出症的综合治疗──附498例分析

报告了用综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症４９８例的临床资料和治疗方法，指出本症在体育运动中多见于举重、跨栏、投掷及体操等项目。讨论了损伤病理和治疗机制，认为脊柱失稳和根性刺激是本症发病和病理的关键，强调保守治疗是本症首选的治疗方法，治疗时既要注意到消除根性炎症的刺激，又要把握住调整脊柱力学结构紊乱的尺度。对“无症状腰椎间盘突出症”的情况也进行了初步探讨。

Multiple Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disk Herniation-with the Analysis of 498 Cases

Clinical data and treatment methods for curing 498 patients of their lumbar intervertebral disk herniation by multiple treatment were reported. It was pointed out that in sport the disease often occurred inweightlifting, hurdling, throwing and gymnastics. The pathology of injury and mechanism of treatment werediscussed. It was suggested that the unsteadiness of the vertebral column and the irritation of nerve rootsshould be the crux of the pathogeny and pathology of this disease. It was emphasized that the conservativetreatment was the first choice of treatment, and attention had to be paid not only to eliminating the stimulation of the inflammation of nerve roots, but also to grasping the scale in regulating the mechanical structuraldisorder of the spinal column. Preliminary discussions were also made to the asymptomatic lumbar intervertebral disk heriation.
