| 摘 要： | 在新农村建设中,高校应充分发挥作用,就目前的情况而言,不在于帮助农民做规划、搞设计,而在于着力为新农村建设提供健康的精神食粮;在于加大平等观的弘扬,着力为消除二元结构提供对策;在于制度创新探索,为整个社会、整个农村寻求抑制人性之恶的健全机制,促进社会的和谐发展。
