| Abstract: | A game model for this kind of moral risk is established according to game theory,and a set of approaches are given to avoid the moral risk during the transferring process,by analyzing pure and mixed tactics of game model.Lastly,some feasible suggestions combined with practical issues are provided for universities undergoing the implementation of technology transfer. |
