对不同阶段影响中国女排竞技水平发展的因素分析

本文以中国女排竞技水平发展历程为研究对象,运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对不同阶段影响中国女排竞技水平发展的主要因素进行对比分析,结果显示影响因素呈现非同步发展规律,运动员、教练员、训练理论与方法、竞训管理始终是核心因素,而社会政治环境、训练环境和科研保障因素是中国女排竞技水平发展条件保障,呈现交互上升的趋势。
