摘    要:在全球经济一体化的今天,人力资源已成为企业核心竞争力的根本,创新能力只是人力资源与核心竞争力之间的一种中间形式。企业只有在人力资源开发管理方面的创新才能培育核心竞争力,企业只有加强自身的人力资源文化管理,才能有效、充分地利用人力资源,这是现代企业管理的首要任务。

Abstract:Today, with the global economic integration, human resources have become the fundamentality of enterprises core competitiveness, and innovation capability is only an intermediate form between human resources and core competitiveness. Only innovation of enterprise in the management of human resources development can foster core competitiveness. Only enterprises strengthen their own cultural management of human resources, can they effectively and fully utilize human resources, this is the top priority of modem enterprise management.
