| 摘 要： | 质量是教育永恒的主题,创新型人才培养模式应具有其独特的质量观。文章以KAQ人才培养模式的三要素理论为基础,分析创新型人才培养模式自身的特点,得出创新型人才培养模式质量特征因子。根据这些特征因子将原创问卷中的质量观点进行分类,运用SPSS(社会科学统计软件包)分析数据,根据分析结果提出相应的改进意见。

| Abstract: | Quality is the eternal theme of education and the cultivation mode of innovative talents should have its own particular quality viewpoints.Based on three factors of KAQ talent training model theory,this article analyzes features of innovative talent cultivation mode and find out the characterization factors of the mode.According to these factors,the quality viewpoints in the questionnaire are assorted and the data are analysed by SPSS.Some constructive suggestions are put forward based on the analysis. |
