| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育正处于大众化阶段,如何以“全面、协调、可持续发展”为特征的科学发展观指导和审视我国的高等教育,使高考既作为分配高等教育机会和选拔英才的工具,又成为甄别具有不同兴趣特长的人,并使之接受适合其自身特点的高等教育的手段,高考改革就必须坚持选拔性与适应性两者兼顾的发展方向。

| Abstract: | Higher education in China is now at the stage of mass higher education. In order to direct and supervise the Chinese higher education with a scientific outlook on development which emphasizes "all-round, harmonious and sustainable development", it is extremely necessary to stress both selectivity and adaptability, so that the National College Entrance Examination can not only become the tool to select talents and allocate higher education opportunities, but also an effective way to tell people with different features from each other and also enable them to receive higher education suitable to their individual features. |
