Intelligence capital management as the result of knowledge economy time has attracted more and more attention from the public.The emergence of intelligence capital management has pushed the penetration of the research to its related discipline,promoted the development of the discipline or theory on human resources management(HRM),knowledge management and intelligence resource management in particular.The overlapping and mutual permeability of the related discipline domain is becoming increasingly larger.Intelligence capital management is the inevitable trend of the development of human resources management,which is an important branch of knowledge management research domain.Meanwhile it is also a part of intelligence resource management(IRM).This paper probes into the developing trend of intelligence capital management on the base of scientific localization to Intelligence Capital Management.
