| 摘 要： | 要实现党的十七大提出的“提高自主创新能力，建设创新型国家”的重要目标，必须认真思考关于创新暨创新教育的几个重要问题：破除惟马首是瞻、重守成轻创新的文化传统；提高年轻人作为创新主体的自觉性；增强人类意识：创造一个良好、自由、公平、创新的环境。
