| 摘 要： | 本文通过对儒家伦理内在因素与当今时代需要相关性的分析论述了儒家伦理为什么会有现代价值:一方面儒家伦理自身具有人民性、民主性的客观真理的颗粒,另一方面发掘儒家伦理的精华乃是中国与国际社会的时代需要。儒家伦理的现代价值主要体现为它对现代社会的整合作用,即对人的思想道德与精神的提升、对社会秩序的整饬、对社会稳定、人际和谐、增强企业管理效能的促进作用。
