| 摘 要： | 在四川三峡学院98 级学生五项身体素质测试的基础上,随机抽取190 名男生,通过整理与统计,对其身体素质现状进行了调查与分析,揭示了我院98 级男生身体素质较差的原因,提出了改革我院体育课教学和提高学生身体素质的可行性建议。

| Abstract: | The essay is written on the basis of five sorts to 190 boy students of Grade 98. By collecting and arranging all kinds of information.the author analysed the present condition of the boy students' bady qualities and explained why the boy students have such a poor quality.The author put forward some effective proposals for the improvement of physical training and pointed out the possibilit to improve students' qualities. |
