| 摘 要： | 综观我国当代教育改革全局,可以发现,文化建设已然成为决定当代成人教育改革发展成败的关键。文化建设不仅折射出以往我国成人教育发展中的问题与困惑,更蕴意着成人教育发展的前景和未来。成人教育文化建设的核心是廓清成人教育文化的内涵与结构,重点是解决成人教育文化建设过程中存在的现实问题。
