| 摘 要： | 近年来,由于受各种因素的影响,河南城镇贫困居民人数有急剧增加的趋势。城镇贫困人口的成因,既受国家经济结构调整和体制改革等因素的制约,也受人口自身身体状况、文化素质和思想观念等的影响。因此,需要采取多种措施摆脱贫困。
