| 摘 要： | 时代在进步，图书馆也在发生着从馆藏到服务、从软件到硬件的全方位的深刻变革。高校尤其是高等专科学校图书馆作为其中的特殊一族，应该加快信息交流，建立和完善市场竞争机制，深化改革，努力完成自身的现代化。
