新形势下高职院校学生职业能力的培养

高职教育的人才培养是以社会需求为目标,以技术应用能力的培养为主线。在"以学历求生存"向"以能力求生存"的转变过程中,新形势下对高职院校学生职业能力的培养提出了新的任务和要求,同时也表现出其必要性。提高高职院校学生职业能力应对措施主要包括以下几个方面:改变教育观念,确定职业定向;优化教师结构,构建"双师型"队伍;合理设置专业,适应社会需求;加强实践教学,建设实训基地;实行产学研结合,走校企合作道路。

On the Cultivation of Professional Abilities of Students in Vocational Colleges in the New Era

The talent training of vocational education targets on the social needs and takes technical skills training as the main line. In the transition process of ＂survival depends on diploma＂ to ＂survival ~ ~ . depends on abthty , new tasks and requirements in the new era are presented to the vocational ability development, also show the necessity to the improvement. The main measures to cope with professional capacity include the following aspects, to change educational ideas, to ensure professional direction, tO optimize the structure of staff, to build the double-qualified teacher team, to set up reasonable majors, to meet the social needs, to strengthen the teaching practice and construct base for training,to accomplish the cooperation between the production learning and researching, and then come to the road of cooperation between the college and enterprise.
